Account Creation

Account Termination Rights

Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain additional benefits is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

- Tax invoices provided for all payments
Payment Terms
- Payment deadlines are strictly enforced
- No refunds after course commencement
- Course transfers subject to approval
- Installment plans available for select courses
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Available if cancellation occurs 7+ days before course start
- Partial Refund (50%): Available if cancellation occurs 3-7 days before course start
- No Refund: For cancellations within 72 hours of course start
- Special Cases: Medical emergencies with valid documentation may be considered
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of our payment processors.

Consequences of Violation
- Warning: First minor violation
- Suspension: Temporary account suspension for repeated violations
- Termination: Permanent account termination for serious violations
- Legal Action: For illegal activities or significant damages
- No Refund: No refund of fees for terminated accounts due to violations

Effect of Termination
Upon termination: (a) Your right to use Services immediately ceases; (b) You must cease all use of the Services; (c) Any outstanding fees become immediately due; (d) We may delete your account data as per our data retention policy.
Appeal Process
If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may submit a written appeal to hr@yuvabot.com within 30 days of termination. Include your account details and explanation.

- Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Results from training will meet specific expectations
- Job placement is guaranteed for any student

Educational Outcomes
While we strive to provide quality education and placement assistance, we cannot guarantee specific academic results, job placements, or salary outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and various external factors.
Limitation of Liability
Direct Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
